MyScreen

MySCREEN is a system developed for the purpose of screening employees in the early childhood education sector. There are 113 items built based on eight (8) constructs namely personality, psychological health, emotional competence, neuroticism and conflict management.

 

The candidate’s MySCREEN results can help employers to screen potential employees with professionalism in handling workloads with children. For institutions of higher learning, it can reduce the risk of recruiting prospective students who are directed to behavioral problems that can put children at risk. In addition, educational institutions can also make preliminary plans to provide support and assistance services to potential students who are interested in studying early childhood education but need help in terms of psychological health.
