At NCDRC, we provide comprehensive training and capacity-building programmes for educators, teacher assistants, and individuals who are passionate about child care and early childhood education.

 

Our Early Childhood Professional Development Program is designed to elevate knowledge, skills, and professional practices through a wide range of modules, including:

 🧠 Kursus Asuhan dan Didikan Awal Kanak-Kanak (KAP) – Certified by JKM, this is a foundational course for aspiring caregivers.

🧪 S.T.E.M. Education – Equipping participants with strategies to introduce Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics to young children.

🔍 Project Approach – Fostering investigative thinking by guiding children through hands-on, inquiry-based learning experiences.

Flourishing the Child Programs

We also believe in nurturing every aspect of a child’s growth and potential. Our Flourishing the Child Programs are thoughtfully designed to enrich children’s early learning experiences while actively involving families and communities.

 These 10 holistic, child-centered programs focus on creativity, development, and family support:

  1. Family Engagement: Empowering families to be active partners in their child’s learning journey.

  2. Crafty Rafty: Hands-on craft activities to build fine motor skills and spark creativity.

  3. Magic Touch for Babies: Sensory and bonding activities to support infant development and attachment.

  4. Kidsphonics: Fun and engaging phonics activities to build early reading and language skills.

  5. S.T.E.M./S.T.R.E.A.M. : Exploring Science, Technology, Reading, Engineering, Arts, and Math through child-friendly experiments and projects.

  6. Project Approach : Encouraging curiosity through inquiry-based, real-world investigations.

  7. Learning Journey : Activities that strengthen emotional intelligence, social skills, and resilience.

  8. Creativity, Puppet & Storytelling : Fostering imagination, communication, and confidence through expressive arts.

  9. Nutrition for Kids : Promoting healthy eating habits and nutritional knowledge from an early age.

  10. 3P (Positive Parenting Program) : Supporting parents with evidence-based strategies to raise confident, emotionally healthy children.

Teachers Professional Training (4 Courses)

At NCDRC, we are committed to raising the standards of early childhood education by empowering teachers, teacher assistants, and individuals passionate about childcare through structured, relevant, and hands-on training.

  • Learn the strategies and techniques of caring for children at child care centre (TASKA/TADIKA/Pre school)
  • Improve skills to take care of children (physical and mental) and how to fulfill their needs.
  • Learn about common pediatric emergencies and skills to manage with first aid procedures.
  • Learn to provide adequate care to young children, including those with special needs.
  • To offer participants an overview of the Project Approach and guides them through the process of developing and implementing a project with children (theory and practical).
  • To train participants on how to develop in-depth thinking while engaging the minds and feelings of early years children.
  • To provide participants with the skills, methods and ideas in teaching children through project investigation.
  • To enhance participant’s knowledge, creativity and imagination in promoting creative thinking of teachers and children.
  • To train participants using different activities and techniques for promoting meaningful of teaching and learning process.

  • To provide knowledge and skills on how teacher will attract childrens attention and participate in the activities.
  • To expose participants to the importance of recording children’s data electronically.
  • To assist participants in using electronic platforms as a medium to manage data and records of child development.
