This study aims to find out the feasibility of TABIKA Perpaduan being absorbed under the Malaysian Ministry of Education (KPM) or maintained under the Department of National Unity and National Integration (JPNIN) with increased staffing and staffing. This study involved 2004 respondents consisting of teachers, teacher assistants and officers on duty at JPNIN as well as 3516 respondents consisting of parents or guardians of children at TABIKA Perpaduan. Questionnaire and interview methods were used in this study to obtain data from respondents. The quantitative data collected was analysed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) while the qualitative data was analysed to support the findings of the quantitative study. The findings of the study found that the quality of JPNIN staff’s human capital is at a high level by taking into account the level of job satisfaction (mean 4.32), work commitment (mean 4.31) and salary and remuneration (mean 4.02) of JPNIN staff. While for the aspects of work environment and level of career development, the mean score is at a moderate level with a mean score of 3.65 for the level of work environment and a mean score of 3.66 for the level of career development. Regarding the aspect of JPNIN staff selection in relation to changes in the organisation, most respondents chose to remain at JPNIN with increased staffing and staffing. The findings of the study for the level of satisfaction of parents or guardians towards TABIKA Perpaduan are at a high level taking into account the selection factors of TABIKA (mean 4.46), satisfaction of parents or guardians (mean 4.31) and the quality of TABIKA Perpaduan (mean 4.38). The findings of the study on TABIKA selection factors include aspects of location, fees, aims and objectives of TABIKA. In addition, parents or guardians choose the qualifications and personality of teachers to send their children to TABIKA Perpaduan.
