This study aims to determine the long-term impact of early childhood education and develop a model of measurement of the long-term impact of early childhood education for human model development in Malaysia. Study design adopted through a qualitative as well as quantitative approach. A sample of 963 studies consisting of four categories namely successful individuals, parents, colleagues and employers. Meanwhile, a total of 59 samples of respondents from quantitative studies were recorded. The research instrument consisted of four sets of questionnaires and interview protocols that had been validated by a panel of experts. The results of the study were analyzed using Rasch Model winsteps software and Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) was used. The findings of the study show that there are four factors that influence the long-term impact on early childhood education in Malaysia, namely the factors of successful individuals, parents, colleagues and employers. The results of this study helped other researchers with the creation of a long-term impact measurement model framework especially for early childhood education that has not been developed by other researchers. Overall, early childhood education has a very positive impact on individual character, learning experience towards becoming a good citizen. The government should invest a lot of money in early childhood education because all studies related to the impact of early childhood education on the formation of children’s character are very positive compared to the negative effects.
