The project name is The Development of Psychological Well-Being Test for Selection and Recruitment Process among Caregivers. The purpose of this system is to provide a standardized psychometric test to assist the process of selection and recruitment of caregivers and educators in kindergartens and kindergartens. This project is built with several objectives, (i) to evaluate the constructs in psychological well-being test in recruitment process; (ii) To evaluate the constructs in psychological well-being test for performance process; (iii) To assess the usability of MySCREEN system in in recruitment; and (iv) To assess the usability of MySCREEN system for performance process. A pilot study was conducted on a total of 37 Early Childhood Education graduates and the actual study was also conducted on KEMAS kindergarten/ kindergarten and YPKT kindergarten/ nursery. The findings show that this Psychometric Test can be used to assist in the selection and recruitment of caregivers and educators in kindergartens and kindergartens both in government and private
